Return Policy

We are confident that you will love our Dreamsweet memory foam products, as well as many other customers of ours do.  However, we do find in some rare cases that a few customers feel that memory foam is just not for them.  To ensure your complete shopping satisfaction with Dreamsweet Products, we offer a 30-day trial period on your new Dreamsweet products.  

If you wish to return your purchased products, please call our toll-free number 877-249-8258 within 30 days of receiving the product for return authorization.  Please keep in mind that we will not be able to accept or process returned products which do not have prior return authorization.  All such returns will be rejected at our warehouse.

You need to return the product in an unsoiled and undamaged condition together with the following items:
the original packaging materials and the original invoice.

After receiving returned products, we will refund the full purchase price of the product minus the shipping costs, including all free-shipping promotional products.  There are no re-stocking fees or hidden charges like many other companies have.  You only pay for the shipping costs to and from our warehouse. 

When you call for return authorization, we will provide you with information on where to return the item.

Please allow four to six weeks from shipment of your return for credit to your method of payment.
